PSAT Scores Update
Students are now able to access their PSAT scores electronically via the College Board website at www.collegeboard.org. Students must create an online account through this website. The high school will not receive students' scores reports until January and they will be distributed to students at that time.
Students have been asked to watch the Your PSAT Score Report video, which provides information about PSAT scores as well as other important college planning tips. Students should also watch the SCOIR Resume & Career video, which reviews important tools in SCOIR that students should focus on during winter break.
School-Day ACT & Method Test Prep
All juniors will take the ACT during the school day Tuesday, Feb. 23. There will not be a fee for this test and the school will take care of registering the students. More information will be communicated closer to the testing date.
Juniors are strongly encouraged to take advantage of a free test preparation program that we offer called Method Test Prep. The program may be accessed via the high school guidance website. The link is on the right side of the page. Students will need to create an account and can then access the tutorials and practice questions. There are two full-length practice tests each for the ACT and the SAT.
Scheduling Begins in February
Mrs. Nagy will begin meeting with juniors in February to start the scheduling process for senior year. Scheduling will begin with visits to the junior English classes during which important college planning information will be reviewed. Mrs. Nagy will then meet with each student individually February through March to review their course selections for next year. Parents will be able to review their student's course selections in Powerschool in February. More information will be communicated that month.
Feel free to email Mrs. Nagy at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or to schedule a Google Meet.
