OHbreathe is a student-led initiative to address student wellness. Zak Maaieh (11) and Isabelle Gray (11) are leading this year's team. “Our team has worked hard to restructure the program to enhance the experience of all students and focus on our goals,” Zak said “We are excited to see how these changes will better help our students.”
The program provides students with strategies and skills to create balance in life. Past programming has included meditation, mindfulness activities, yoga, nature walks, puzzles, music, reading, chess, knitting, coloring, making crafts, and bullet journaling.
Other members of the group are: Catherine Byrne (12), Amelia Frueh (12), Avery Dale (10), Sophia Stone (11), Lydia Prince (11), Meghan Rownd (11), Elise Denk (10), Chloe Zawisza (11), Ellie Seifried (11), Alex McCullough (12), Faith Seo (10), and Stella Cooper (10). Special thanks to advisor Jessica Kozy, OH21, the Ottawa Hills Schools Foundation, and our community partners.
